Dodgeball
While playing dodgeball with a group of elementary school students, a boy in kindergarten had some interesting things to say. For one, when I was strategizing with him and said to him, "Why don't we pick one person, and try to throw it at them at the same time!" He didn't seem to like this idea and responded, "Well, I'm trying to focus on all of them." Later he said he wanted to be a spy and go on the other team. I suggested that he go really close to the other team and try to listen and figure out what their strategies were. He did this, and then returned to me saying, "I think their strategy is the power throw." Seemed like a pretty good guess to me.
